Port Antonio SunsetMille Fleurs’ menus this week reflect  that we’re fast approaching our earliest sunset here in Port Antonio at 5.30 pm, still later than those in Europe or the US  and a balmy 84 F.  At this time of year we like to to bring a light touch to all our dishes of  local spice and pepper, scotch bonnet, tamarind and curry  all particularly respected for their powerful antioxidants and feel good powers.

If you’d like to try an delicious example of great Jamaican fusion cuisine and love fish do check out our Saturday menu, we will be serving the delicate flavoured snook in a sunflower seed crust with berby cream sauce.
