This week Mille Fleurs Restaurant in Port Antonio is inviting you to get your claws in and try our star attraction on this week’s delicious menus – Lobster.
The restaurant is very proud of its sumptuous lobster dishes and its strict sustainable lobster policy ensures that lobster continues to be a menu option for all our guests and local Jamaicans in Portland. Our partners harvest using traps only, all which have escape vents for under size spiny lobsters. We insist on our lobsters reaching a minimum 3 1/4″ carapace measurement to allow juvenile lobsters the chance to mature and all breeding females be thrown back into the sea.
